We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days to request a return after receiving your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess and resolve the problem.
Exceptions/non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (like food, flowers, or plants), custom-made products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care products (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or comments regarding your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of discounted items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, as soon as the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Refunds
We will let you know when we have received and checked your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 10 business days via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
